Return and Refund Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This policy applies to the Solcab Sleep Maxxing Guide, trading as Solcab.
Contact: ainasulats@proton.me
1. Digital product
The Solcab Sleep Maxxing Guide is a digital product supplied as a downloadable Word document (.docx). No physical item is shipped, and physical returns are not applicable.
You will need compatible software, such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs, to open the document.
2. Cancellation and change of mind
Where applicable consumer law provides a withdrawal period, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the purchase contract, unless your withdrawal right has lawfully ended.
For immediate digital delivery, we will request your express consent to begin supplying the content during that period and your acknowledgement that you lose your withdrawal right once supply begins. We will confirm this consent and acknowledgement by email or another durable medium.
Once these requirements are met and supply has begun, we do not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, accidental purchase, or a decision not to use the guide.
If these requirements have not been met, any applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain available.
3. Missing or defective content
Contact us if you do not receive access, receive the wrong file, cannot open a corrupted file, or find that the content materially differs from its description.
We will investigate and provide the remedies required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include supplying the correct file, restoring access, correcting the content, reducing the price, or providing a refund.
You do not have to accept repeated unsuccessful attempts to resolve a problem where the law entitles you to another remedy. Downloading the guide does not remove your rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital content.
4. Duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us with the relevant order details. We will check the transactions and refund any confirmed duplicate charge.
5. Educational content and individual results
The guide provides general educational information about sleep habits. It does not provide individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no particular sleep outcome or improvement timeline is guaranteed.
A lack of a particular personal result does not, by itself, qualify for a voluntary refund. This does not limit claims relating to misleading descriptions, non-conforming content, or other statutory rights.
6. How to request assistance or withdraw
Email [Customer support email], preferably including your order number, purchase email address, and a description of the issue. Screenshots may help with technical problems but are not a condition for exercising statutory rights.
To exercise an available withdrawal right, send a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may use this wording, but it is not mandatory:
“I withdraw from my purchase of the Solcab Sleep Maxxing Guide, ordered on [date]. My name is [name], my address is [address], and my order number is [number].”
You may also use any online withdrawal function provided on our website. Submit your withdrawal notice before the applicable deadline.
7. Refund payments
Refunds required by law will be issued within the applicable legal deadline. For a valid statutory withdrawal, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will normally use the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without charging a refund processing fee. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
8. Use after a refund
If the purchase contract is cancelled or terminated and refunded in full, you must stop using and sharing the guide and delete your copies, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including protections that apply in your country of residence.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the relevant consumer protection or alternative dispute resolution body. For Latvia, information is available from the Consumer Rights Protection Centre at www.ptac.gov.lv.
