Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. About Solcab

This website is operated by Solcab, trading as Solcab (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Contact email: ainasulats@proton.me

These Terms govern purchases of the Solcab Sleep Maxxing Guide and use of our website.

2. Our product

The Solcab Sleep Maxxing Guide is an English-language digital educational guide supplied as a Word document (.docx). Its contents include practical sleep habits, a 14-day implementation plan, and a sleep diary.

No physical book or other physical product is included. Product images illustrate the digital product and do not represent physical packaging you will receive.

3. Technical requirements

You need internet access, a valid email address, and software capable of opening .docx files, such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

You are responsible for checking the disclosed technical requirements before purchase. This does not limit our responsibility to supply content that matches its description and applicable legal requirements.

4. Orders and payment

Before placing an order, review the product description, total price, and these Terms. The checkout button indicates that submitting the order creates an obligation to pay.

Your purchase contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for it.

Prices, currencies, and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase. This is a one-time purchase unless expressly stated otherwise before checkout.

You must provide accurate purchase information and be legally entitled to use the selected payment method.

5. Digital delivery

After successful payment, we will email your download link within 2 business days.

Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive. Contact ainasulats@proton.me if you need help accessing your purchase.

We remain responsible for supplying the digital content. An order status marked “fulfilled” does not, by itself, establish that you received usable access.

Save a copy of the downloaded document for your personal use. Any restrictions on access duration or download numbers will be disclosed before purchase.

6. Personal use licence

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive licence to download, read, store, annotate, and print the guide for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Except where permitted by law or with our written permission, you may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly upload the guide.

  • Share the file or download link with others.

  • Present the guide or substantial parts of it as your own work.

  • Use the content commercially or create commercial products from it.

Purchasing the guide does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property. These restrictions do not limit lawful quotation or other statutory exceptions.

7. Educational information

The guide provides general information about sleep habits. It is not personalised medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and does not establish a healthcare professional relationship.

Do not use it to replace prescribed treatment or delay seeking medical advice. Discuss persistent sleep problems, suspected sleep disorders, medicines, and supplements with a qualified healthcare professional.

Individual experiences differ. We do not guarantee a particular sleep score, health outcome, or improvement within a specified period. This does not excuse inaccurate advertising or content that fails to meet its description.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of your purchase terms.

Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, immediate supply of digital content will begin only following the express consent and acknowledgement required by law. Your withdrawal right ends only when the applicable legal conditions have been met.

Accepting these Terms alone does not constitute a separate express request for immediate supply or acknowledgement of losing withdrawal rights.

Your rights concerning missing, defective, or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

9. Problems with your purchase

If your download is missing, corrupted, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact ainasulats@proton.me

We will provide the remedies required by applicable law, which may include supply, correction, a price reduction, or termination and reimbursement.

We will provide any updates required by applicable law. Unless expressly included in the product description, the purchase does not include a subscription, personal coaching, or a contractual promise of future editions.

10. Website use

You must not use our website for unlawful activities, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe another person’s rights.

We may take proportionate steps to address misuse. We will not use this provision to deny lawful access to a paid purchase or avoid our obligations to customers.

11. Liability

We are responsible for our contractual obligations and for losses for which we are legally liable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing removes your statutory rights concerning the quality, conformity, or supply of digital content.

12. Privacy and third-party services

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our store uses third-party services, including Shopify and payment providers. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.

Links to external resources are provided for reference. Their inclusion does not imply that their publishers endorse Solcab.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future purchases. The version provided when you place your order governs that purchase.

We will not retroactively reduce your contractual rights by publishing revised Terms.

14. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Latvian law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence.

Contact us first if you have a complaint. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Consumers may seek assistance from the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre at www.ptac.gov.lv or another competent consumer protection or dispute resolution body.

Nothing requires you to use arbitration or prevents you from bringing proceedings before a court available to you under applicable law.

15. Remaining provisions

If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where the contract can lawfully continue without it.

These Terms, the product information agreed at purchase, and the applicable policies form your purchase agreement. They do not override mandatory law or binding promises made to you before purchase.
