Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

Digital product only

The Solcab Sleep Maxxing Guide is a digital product supplied as a downloadable Word document (.docx). No physical product is shipped. Shipping fees, postal delivery, and tracking numbers do not apply.

Delivery method and timing

After successful payment and order processing, we will send a download link to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery will take place within 2 business days. Immediate delivery applies only where advertised and any legally required consent has been obtained.

Accessing your guide

You need internet access and software capable of opening .docx files, such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs. You can save the document to your device for personal use.

Please enter your email address carefully at checkout and check your spam or junk folder if the delivery email is missing.

Delivery problems

If your download link does not arrive within the stated period, does not work, or provides an incorrect or corrupted file, contact ainasulats@proton.me with your order number.

We will investigate and restore access or provide another remedy required by applicable law. An order marked “fulfilled” does not remove our responsibility to provide usable access.

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for withdrawal rights and refund information. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
